WORKSHOPS FOR STUDENTS 

PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING & CAREER COUNSELLING: For most students, Stream Choice after X is a matter of chance, social pressure & is largely determined by academic performance. We conduct standardized Psychological Tests followed by group counseling sessions & individual counseling if needed to bring about career clarity. Similarly tests are undertaken for XI & XII students for suggesting career choices scientifically.

• CAREER COUNSELLING WORKSHOP: This covers introduction to Career Planning, Effective Planning by understanding aptitude, personality, interests and abilities. Thereafter about 25 career options are covered in five groups viz.  People based, Creative, Business, Physical/Outdoor & Science based careers.  It includes coverage of premier institutes, starting salaries & work environment.
  
  
• LEADERSHIP CAMPS: An Amazing training for your prefects so that they take up some responsibilities which are passed on to teachers or even senior management. This program would also make ‘Being a Prefect’ a hot option in your school & will enable students to self-manage.

• ADOLESCENT ISSUES: Managing Relationships with Parents, Teachers, Friends, & others, Crush vs Love, Sex & Sexual Relationships, Developing Personal Charm, Physical Issues & Health Issues.
  
  
• GD & INTERVIEW:  This program will help them to understand basics of GD, purpose of GD & how to build up a knowledge base. Mock GD’s would be conducted to illustrate key issues to the students. It would also make them understand interviews, typical questions & answers and an insight to interviews through mock interview.
