Little impact of one odd workshop done in an year with students or parents Limited knowledge about new careers, courses & institutions even amongst the teaching community e.g. Actuarial Science, Avionics, Bioinformatics etc.
- Existing school counselor is not able to track forms, institutes & even new courses. Sometimes, time availability is a problem as a single person is catering to a large student’s population.
- Experiential base of our career counselors who interact with thousand of students every year is available.
OBJECTIVE

5. Visit by a Career Counselor/Information Officer once a month : A career counselor/information officer would be available in the school at prefixed dates & time to tackle queries and conduct specific workshops.
6. Display Board: This would showcase new programmes, new institutions and advertisements of other institutions.
7. Charts Showing Career Routes
8. Career Books Library: A corner would be dedicated to the latest career books and pamplets from institutes like ICAI, ICSI and organizations like Indian Navy, Indian Army and Indian Air Force.
9. Compilation of Online Resources: Lists of useful websites would be provided so that students can search for careers easily.
10. Mock Tests for different exams : A number of students don’t know about the pattern of the competitive exams after XIIth. So, once they understand the areas, they can start building up for the exams.
