INDUCTION PROGRAMME (conducted at the beginning of the session): This program covers understanding self, importance of networking, building up communication skills, ability to utilize and garner the resources. They would also be made aware about power of technology and global thought process. (2 Days).

LEADERSHIP CAMP: An amazing training for your students so that they take up some responsibilities (which are normally passed on the faculty members) and also plan how to fulfill them. This program would help them to become better team players & will enable students to self-manage. (3 Days, 2 Nights)

BOOST YOUR PLACEMENTS: This will help them to identify their USP, positioning of their institute, targeting SSI, management associations, utilizing internet and e-groups, creating unique CV and alumni networking. (1 Day)

HANDLING GD & INTERVIEWS: This program will help them to understand basics of GD, purpose of GD & how to buildup knowledge base. Mock GD’s would be conducted to illustrate key issues to the students. It would also make them understand interviews, typical question & answers and an insight to interview through mock Interviews. (1 Day, 2 Days)

NETWORKING & MENTORING: This program includes understanding value of networking, tactics to network successfully, unique opportunities, informal mentoring vs. Formal mentoring and how to select the mentor. (1Day)

UNDERSTANDING SELF & EFFECTIVE CAREER PLANNING: This programme is designed for students to know their own strength and weakness, which would enable them to understand themselves, better and then plan their respective careers. Career Options are discussed in detail in this workshop. (1 Day)
