Mr. Jitin Chawla is an eminent educationist & career counselor. He has been doing a number of shows on NTDV ( Mission Admission completed 28 episodes ), DD (Like Career Time, Evening live Show, Meri Baat), CNN-IBN, CNEB, ZEE Business, Sahara T.V. NCR, MAHUA TV, Total TV and writes for various newspapers and Magazines like the India Today - Aspire , Outlook , Sahara Times , HT , Dainik Bhaskar , and Times of India . He has been answering student's queries on 102.6 F.M. also. Currently, he is the Director of the Center for Career Development.
CCD is into Aptitude Testing, Career Workshops, Career Fairs, and Career Resource Centre’s and conducts a no. of workshops for students, teachers & parents.
Mr. Chawla & his team has already conducted more than 14,500 workshops in different educational institutions & corporate. His area of expertise is career counseling, leadership training & educational system planning.
He is also Director-Innovations with South Point Group of Institutions, Sonepat (South Point School, South Point Women Institute of Engineering & Technology & South Point College of Education).
Aruna Broota is a very well known Psychologist & a Counselor. She has been doing number of shows on various channels like DD, CNN-IBN, Sahara, Zee TV & Total TV & writes for various newspapers like Times of India, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujjala & more.
Prof. Aruna Broota has been awarded best educationist of the year award by Raja Ram Mohan Rai Foundation, Delhi. She also an International Award –Global Indian of 2003.
Currently, she is a Professor at the Psychology Dept. University of Delhi. She has done thousand of workshops for corporates, schools, colleges & has been interacting with principals, counselors, teachers, parents, & students. She has a unique inimitable style of conducing workshops which really open up the participants with her & participate fills.
Col. Rajiv Ahuwalia has a Defence background. His Past areas of Expertise were Air Defence Radars, Missiles and Guns, and was an instructor at the Air Defence College, Gopalpur –at –Sea. Orissa Presently he is working with Centre for Career Development as a senior Counselor.
His Areas of experience are Careers, Study Effectively, Handling Examination Anxiety, Personality Development, Outdoor Camps and Leadership Training.
He has Conducted more than 1250 session in over 200 institutions and Companies.
- Ms. Debyani Dasan is a management professional with a number of years of experience with various media groups. For the last six years she has been active in teaching and training senior school students. Her areas of interest are personality development, building up study effectiveness, and communication.We firmly believe that programmes like this would be taken very positively by the employees of your organisation and would contribute to employee satisfaction.
Dr. Amareshwar (medical/ paramedical careers) He has done MBBS from Maulana Azad College, New Delhi. Currently he is president of Indian Medical Association (IMA) Rohini Chapter. He is also instrumental in organizing pulse Polio compaign introduced by Government of India. He has also undertaken Cancer Awareness Programme.
Dr. Niti Kapoor is practicing psychologist with the Centre for Career Development & has worked in UNICEF projects & has consulted with educational institutes & corporates in Mumbai. Her area of interest are personality development, leadership training & career planning. She has a PhD in Psychologist. She has conducted more than 450 workshops in different educational institutions.
Dr. Raj Rani Saxena is a senior psychologist with more than two decades of counseling experience. She is a consulting doctor at Saroj Hospital & is a resident counselor at Sachdeva Public School, Rohini. She has been working with an NGO Sampoorna also in Senior advisory capacity.
Mr. Naval Gupta is an alumnus of IIM (A). He has worked with national and international advertising agencies. He is senior consultant to Centre For Career Development. His area of interest are leadership , motivation , time & stress management etc.
Mr. Pratuish Toor is a theatre enthusiast & has been working with a NGO, educational institutes & corporates. He is a master of dramatics, voice modulation & takes interest in stage design also. He is currently the creative head of the Centre for Career Development.
Mr. Ravi Gupta is an aluminous of Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi & has been working in the field of International Trade & Marketing for the last 14 years. He has worked with firms like Ranbaxy, OLAM international & currently is the Vice president, Veetee –A multinational organization into international trading of agricultural commodities. His area of interest are leadership development & international business operations.
- Ms. Chhavi Gupta is a Master’s in Psychology & conducts workshops on study effectiveness, careers & works as a consultant with the CCD. She is also a specialist in one-to-one counseling with students on a host of issues like memorizing, careers, concentration and relationship management.

( Mass communication, V.J,R.J)Her Educational Qualifications are MSc.,[child development],B.sc., (home science) from Punjab University, Master of Education from Kurukshetra University. She achieved gold medal inM.sc[Home Science],silver medal in B.sc.She working as Radio jockey on F,M Rainbow & working as News Anchor on D.D News.She have gained a vast experience as Interviewer in interviewing prominent personalities of various fields on Live T.V.She has experience as MC to anchor stage shows, inaugural shows and launch shows with various corporates. She also working as a Voice-over artist,
- Ms. Sana is Master in Applied Psychology & is specialized in clinical psychology. She has worked in Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre in Solace counseling centre. She has been conducting workshops at schools on study effectiveness & Recreate yourself and is skilled in one to one counseling. Currently, she is working as a counselor with Centre for Career Development.
Ms. Shweta Sethi – Psychotherapist & Child Psychologist
She has worked with renowned hospitals like Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre, Artiems Health Sciences, and working as a freelancer trainer and counselor in Institute For Psychotherapy and Management Sciences, and Center of Leadership Development as a Leadership Coach. She has been conducting workshops at schools and institutes on various topics like - Communication, Self-confidence, Presentation Skills, and Stress Management. Ms. Sunita Roy is a Practicing Psychologist on our panel. She is a PhD in Child Growth & Development & has more than 15 years of working experience as a Counsellor, She has worked as a trainer for NCERT’s counseling courses & a master trainer for ‘Adolescent Health’ for CBSE. She has been writing for various newspaper & magazines and specialize in identifying & managing of ADHD & other learning disabilities.
Prof. N.K. Jain is an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. He has worked in the banking sector for more than two decades. Currently he is working as Dean, management & IT department, Jamia Hamdard University. His area of interest is quality improvement in educational institutes, leadership and motivation
